I am a kindergarten intervention teacher in Tucson, actually in the Vail District. I think this program is amazing and I can't wait to start working it into my classroom. I teach first grade in Yuma, and have been using WBT in Kinder and first grade for the past few years. You will absolutely LOVE what WBT will bring to your students! Start with reading the "First Steps" on this site, and watch Andrea's kindergarten video. When you begin to implement the principles of WBT, you will be amazed at how your students will rise up and work hard to follow the rules and manage their behavior. WBT brings student engagement to new levels, and because students are engaged, learning increases and behavior challenges decrease. Aaah...
