I recently started using a student leadership button where a student gets to wear one of my WBT buttons to help with the Class/Yes. The students are loving and working so hard to be the leader (even the not so great leaders )! I think it is really getting them to think of what kind of leaders they are and what kind they would like to be. It is neat to see students lead in the classroom and have the whole class behind them!
