hey, you all I got laren-ji-tus (not really how it's spelled but I teach first grade) and my class leaders took over the show. Yes, they did class, class, class and mirror and all.

The one boy even said (with no help from me) "raise me" when we were outside. The response was so loud several teachers turned to see what was up, I just smiled.

My voice isn't much better so I am lining up more leaders for tomorrow.

You are motivating me to really use my leaders more than I do now. It is amazing to hear about how well these concepts are working for you and others! Great post.
