Whole Brain Teaching is a name that grasps teachers and, mainly, students.
"Whole Brain Teaching" seems an unnecessary justification of a system that we know what it works and that we know that it works.
At the most I find this new name useful for using it with people that don't know the method (and want to know it) but not for presenting it to a group of students.
It seems silly, but I see Whole Brain Teaching more attractive and motivating for students.

I do think he has a point. "Whole Brain Teaching" was like stronger, more catchy... I know the change of name tries to transmit that we train the whole brain, that our method is not only "Classroom management", but I understand Lukas's concern.
