I just wanted to let everyone know that WBT videos are being used to train teachers as an example of Direct Instruction and how wonderful direct instruction is as part of classroom management. I attended a training today for "Practical Behavior Management." The trainer used a video clip of Ms. Schindler, the new teacher, and how her use of Direct Instruction was so beneficial to her students. Several of us who had attended Chris's training in Sacramento on Aug. 4th mentioned that the video was actually part of a classroom management program known as Whole Brain Teaching. I shared with everyone at my table that this was the program I would be using in my classroom this year, and that they should check out the website and videos.

Keep spreading the word! WBT is the way to be!!!!

I am constantly sharing the videos as well and even talk it up to teachers I meet at my second job. Yep - a second job for a teacher! People are always amazed and immediately ask me to come to their school or classroom. Keep it going!
