Teach-OK is done with the students teaching each other simultaneously. You add the Switch! to get the partners teaching one at a time. This way you can see and hear more clearly what each of the partners know.

Switch also helps ensure that your quiet students are actually doing some of the teaching and talking.

See the articles under the "First Steps" tab above for more detailed instructions.

Thank you, Jeff. So, with Teach-Okay the students are talking to each other, repeating what was just taught. With Switch! only one student at a time is telling the other all about what they just learned, then, on cue, they switch roles. Yes?

Thanks...I think I got it.

The switch is crazy cool and really reinforces active listening because both students use the gestures while only one speaks.
