Hi everyone,

so excited about the UHM. I was wondering if anyone has come up with a homework log to send home with students that parents sign and they bring to class. i am going to put-one together but was just wanting to see what other people are using.

also unfortunately i will not be able to watch the webinar next week due to the time difference and teacher iinservice. i would be so grateful if i could get some notes of major points.

This is what I am thinking about doing for my homework log. I have adapted it it meet my class needs. One the first page is the log to be filled out. On the second page is an explanation to the parents on how to do the homework.

I am open to suggestions for improvement!


OKAY - I tried to attach, but couldn't get it to work. I did the document in word and as a pdf. Can someone help me attach? Sorry for the trouble, but thanks for the help.
