So Iam approaching week 4 and my students have caught on the wbt practices well. Maybe... too well according to my computer and library teacher. We often play "yes no way" at the end of the 5 step lesson. Last Wednesday, whenever, the computer teacher, asks a question my class responds with a thunderous NO WAY..or YEs! She looks at me puzzled. Finally, at the end of the session she came to me with a very concerned look and said, " I feel sorry for you, you class is so loud." Yes, she is very fond of traditional teaching and talking most of the time. I explained my practices in the classroom and told her that they were only doing what they were expected to do. LOL!! However, next week, for the computer and library teacher, I will put a volume -o-meter up on the board. We will have on quiet riot This is an easy fix I just found it to be a very funny story. There are some people that you just can't convince! The exciting part of this story is that over 909% of the class passed the quiz on labeling all the important parts of the computer:cheer:

Heather, I laughed so hard after reading your story, ten finger woooo to your class. One thing about WBT classes is we can be heard.

That's a great story Heather! It'd be interesting to see what your class' score was compared to the others and see if the computer teacher can't see that in this case loud=engaged, and therefore better performing!
