Hello, Chris Biffle wrote about choosing 2 leaders in my small groups to give points to for positive leadership. I know that the kids write down their choices, but I actually choose the leaders. Am I choosing the good kids or the bad kids? In both my troublesome groups, one leader is a quiet kid, and the other is a very mouthy one. I do have a couple more that are always goofing off, but they aren't necessarily the leaders (the ones the group would look up to.)

Also, do I do this instead of the scoreboard?
