Does anyone have a good gesturing strategy for the distance formula in math?

d = the square root of [(x2 - x1)^2 + (y2 - y1)^2]

Check out the 6th Grade math video on YouTube for ideas on teaching the order of operations signs. Once you have those add the ASL alphabet signs for the letter variables.
