O.K. all you WBT Foreign Language teachers, got any ideas about teaching verb conjugation? I am an EFL teacher teaching English in Brazil and need some ideas of how to help my students remember the various forms of the verbs, especially the "s" in the Simple Present 3rd person/singular, recognizing auxiliary verbs, and memorizing irregular verbs.

With teaching my students the Future tense of French verbs, and present tense ER verbs, I will teach them the endings using the ASL alphabet gestures. I will be trying this out, and I will let you know how it goes.

When using these, I also suggest you really emphasize the letter, either by saying it in the target language, and holding it up, shaking it, etc....
