Today, a teacher whom I gave WBT info to over the summer, stopped in my classroom during 5th period and asked if he could see WBT in action...of course I said yes. And don't you all just LOVE it when a teaching peer finally "gets it"???? He was just sitting there with this combined impressed/ amazed look on his face. It turns out that several of my current students were his students last year, and he couldn't believe the difference in their behavior, or the fact that these same "difficult" students were now acting as peer leaders in my class!! Of course I explained that the difference was due to implementing WBT, not due to my own natural "genius", that I hadn't thought the techniques up, and that now the kids are so used to gestures that they help create them! {Gotta love it!}
Later during 8th period, I stopped in his room to lend him my WBT materials....now the rest is up to him....

Let the WBT nation continue to grow and change education in a positive way!!
