Hi all! I'm new to WBT and as a Substitute, find some things difficult to accomplish in a short time. I am having some real success though and will continue to refine my delivery and sub. specific ways to integrate this system. I teach in K-5 with occasional forays in HS.

With Michigan, as a State, being in such chaos, and education in Michigan now being really assaulted, things are really going to get "interesting", very soon. I also understand the horrific demands on time that teachers in general, face on a daily basis. I am a little saddened throughout this site, that there appear to be long time gaps in posting, etc. I would like to get a good tally of how many of us there are in Michigan with the idea of coming together in some way. I kinda think we may be some of the happier teachers but I'd like to know where you are and how successful you've been. Since I am just in the starting phase of WBT and would like to know more. We live in such a beautiful place (yes, the snow is beautiful) and the people of Michigan are special. I am in Kalamazoo. Where are you from? Let's vow to talk more frequently, okay? Thanks.
