I've been a power teacher for 3 months . My students loved it too much and so did I:cheer:
I hope I can see Power Teachers from Arab countries.

Ya, I am an English Coordinator in Qatar and I am planning to train my teachers using this method. The diffiulty I find with it though is that when I say "Teach" they have to teach in English. It does improve their English but it takes them awhile for them to teach each other. Due to that I have to say the concept a couple of times before they are able to teach it to each other!!!

hi saba
Thanks for replying!
I have the same difficulty and sometimes they use Arabic to teach each other. So, as you did I have to explain the concept many times till they can say it to each other.

Hi everybody, I am Amina, I teach in UAE (Abudhabi),, I found it very interesting to teach
through WBT. it really worerd, I've been applying this method four years ago, but I think that last year was the best. the classroom rules should be the first to start with,, but this will not succeed if we didn't watch all the movies that the great Chriss offerd us. also the manual helped me alot...the explanation mentioned there, was really great..
I want you to encourage the teachers in your school to learn about this great strategy in teaching,,
it is good to make changes.. they will see the difference reflected on their students,, please help and encourage others,,, thanks Saba for particioating,, keep in touch.

Hi, every one. I'm a teacher in Jeddah who has been using power teaching for two years now. So far it has been great.Responses from other teachers that I have been asked to train has also been so good.
Some might find that using (Teach- Okay) for our students may be a bit difficult as I have at first but always keep the information you want them to teach very short and simple and let them be the teacher for some time. And don't forget to incorporate the tickler which makes it even much more fun.Now my student just can't wait for thier English class.
