How do you introduce whole brain teaching in a pre-k classroom? It is my first year and I am not sure where I would begin!

Last year I used the WBT for the last few weeks of school (that's when I found it) and in just 4-5 weeks the kids were amazing! AT THE END OF SCHOOL! I wish I had it at the beginning!

If I were in PreK again this year I would just follow the same steps as in Andrea's starting kindergarten guide...that is a good pace I think!

Just remember that every class is different. For instance in our school, because it is very structured and I am getting a lot of resistance on the whole HIGH INTENSITY part of the program...some things I have changed to suit our campus...I mean I want the other teachers to catch on...not run me off campus. LOL! So I plan on doing HIGH FIVES instead of MIGHTY OH YEAHS! Since my teacher next door will have a cow at the noise! LOL!

So I think that with at least my pre-k class last year I would have followed the same pacing!
