Accepting No for an Answer
1. Look at the Person - (point 2 fingers toward the eyes/face and then point
toward the person giving the No answer)
2. Say Okay - (Use the gesture for okay, pointer and thumb in a circle)
3. Don't argue - (pretend to zip lips)
Just as in with any skill that students are being taught, when teaching social skills remember practice is key, at neutral times. It is also better received by the students when social skills are taught and praised when they are not in trouble.

Have fun with the practices, offer high fives and reinforcing statements!
Another little tidbit, feel free to reinforce using the WBT Happy/Saddy Scoreboard!
