Hi!

First I want to thank you for all of the dedication and hard work you have obviously put into this site and its resources. I am amazed and completely in love with everything here. I am entering my 14th year of teaching and am ready to revolutionize what I do!

I have downloaded many of your awesome FREE!!!! resources and noticed a problem with the 3rd grade math power pix file. On page 89 you show the dividing by 1 rule, but the answer on the card is incorrect. The card says 3/1=1 when, in fact, 3/1=3.

Just thought you might want to know!

Thanks again!!!!
Melissa

I agree that your work is awesome and has made teaching so much more fun and enjoyable. I also found a few errors on your power pix math program that you might want to fix. In addition to the 3/1=1, I noticed that your denominator says it is the TOP number. Also, several of your words are not divided correctly into syllables (for example---divided and expanded. You have them divided like this: di-vi-ded and ex-pan-ded, but actually they are di-vid-ed and ex-pand-ed).

Thanks for all of your hard work. We just thought you might like to correct these before too many are downloaded first. THANKS!

Thank you for helping us find those errors! Give us an "it's cool"! Enjoy using those Power Pix~ especially when you see how much your kiddos remember by the end of the year!

Wow!! The third grade power pix are FANTASTIC!! They will certainly help me teach and review California standards throughout the school year. However, before downloading the math and ELA power pix I copied all the explanation pages and pasted them into my word processing program. From there, I was able to correct any typos my spell-check caught and reformat the pages to reflect my preferences. The most important thing this allowed me to do was to put page breaks after each standard. Now I'll be able to put the explanation behind the picture in a page protector that will be placed in a binder for easy access in class. I also made sure everything was put into landscape. For the 3/1=1 error, I'll simply white-out the answer and paste a "?" in its place. Once again, thanks you guys for a phenomenal tool!!

Every file I have tried to download says the same thing...."file is damaged." I'm not sure what the problem is.

We have had thousands of successful downloads, so it appears the problem may be on your end. Because our site is free, we are not able to offer detailed technical help. Please try another computer or internet connection. Sorry for the difficulties.
